Pure Honey Begins with Careful Testing

At Samanyu Honey, quality is not something we check only at the end. It is carefully maintained at every stage—from receiving the honey and testing each batch to hygienic processing, secure packaging and final dispatch.

Our goal is simple: to provide naturally delicious honey that customers can enjoy with confidence.

1. Testing Process & Laboratory Facilities

Before any batch is packed, it goes through a structured quality-checking process. Our laboratory facilities allow our team to examine important quality parameters and identify anything that does not meet our standards.

Our process includes:

  • Inspection of raw honey
  • Collection and identification of batch samples
  • Moisture-level testing
  • Purity and adulteration screening
  • Evaluation of colour, aroma, taste and consistency
  • Monitoring during filtration and processing
  • Final quality inspection before packaging

Only after completing the required checks is a batch approved for packing.

2. FSSAI Licence & Certifications

Our honey is processed and packed according to applicable food-safety requirements. Every pack includes the necessary product information, batch details and relevant FSSAI licence information for transparency and traceability.

FSSAI Licence No.: 12124441000154

3. Moisture, Purity & Adulteration Testing

Honey may look similar from the outside, but its quality depends on several important factors. That is why every batch is checked before it reaches the customer.

Moisture Testing : We measure the moisture level using suitable testing equipment. Maintaining the correct moisture level helps protect the honey’s consistency, natural quality and shelf life.

Purity Testing : Each batch is examined for its natural colour, aroma, flavour, texture and other relevant quality characteristics.

Adulteration Screening : Honey samples are screened for possible adulteration, including the presence of added sugar syrups or other unwanted substances. Whenever advanced analysis is required, samples may be sent to an authorised external laboratory.

4. Hygienic Processing & Packaging

From the processing plant to the final sealed jar, cleanliness is treated as a priority. Honey is handled carefully using food-grade equipment in a controlled and hygienic environment.

Our hygiene practices include:

  • Regularly cleaned and sanitised processing areas
  • Food-grade stainless-steel equipment
  • Carefully controlled filtration and handling
  • Staff trained in personal hygiene and safe handling
  • Clean, food-safe packaging materials
  • Secure sealing and clear batch identification
  • Proper storage before dispatch

These practices help us preserve the honey’s natural character while keeping every jar safe and securely packed.

5. Our Quality Promise :

At Samanyu Honey, every jar represents the trust our customers place in us. That is why we pay attention to every step—from responsible sourcing and careful testing to hygienic processing and secure packaging.

We are committed to offering honey that meets applicable food-safety and quality requirements while preserving its naturally rich taste, aroma and character.
